Payment Methods
You can pay for your purchases with all credit and debit cards or through bank transfer to our accounts at the following banks: BCP, BBVA and Interbank.

Shipping Methods
When you buy a product through our online store you can choose between coming to pick up your product at our physical store or if we send it to your home, our rates vary depending on the size, cost of the product and the place of delivery.

Delivery time
Two to seven business days after payment is made. If you paid for the purchase with a bank deposit, it could take us 2 more business days, to be able to check the bank status. For purchases under S/150.00

  • Zone 1: Miraflores | San Isidro | Ravine: S/ 25
  • Zona 2: Lince | Surquillo | San Borja: S/ 20
  • Zona 3: Pueblo Libre | Jesús María | Magdalena S/ 15
  • Zona 4: Cercado de Lima | Rímac | Breña S/ 12
  • Zona 5: La Molina | Chorrillos | Surco | San Miguel: S/ 30
  • Zone 6: Other district of Metropolitan Lima: S/ 35 after consulting the delivery area.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the products within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • You can only make one change per purchase.
  • You must deliver the product unused, in good condition and with complete accessories.
  • Deliver the product with original packaging and original labels.
  • Present proof of purchase receipt or original invoice and identification at the time of making the change.

Products purchased at a discount are for final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
